What an epic week this has been! I truly don't even know where to begin. It almost hurts to think.

There's a ridiculous amount of news this week and it's nearly impossible to cover it all thoroughly. Can you keep with us as we attempt to do just that?

From the absolute shit-show of a "presidential debate" we just witnessed -- to some coronavirus news -- to more treasonous Russiagate revelations -- water on mars -- and even a heroic rat named Magawa.

When we realize that we are now entering a brutally violent "Red October" -- we must come together to maintain sanity and get a grip on the things we can control. One of those is our personal health and wellness. Sober October anyone?
